"I have been with this office for 35 years and always took for granted that I would be well cared for if the need arose. My assumptions were correct in every regard as we experienced two accidents in two months this summer, including being seriously rear ended as we were leaving town. Dave was beyond expectation in his personal attentiveness and navigated us through these trying occasions including finding a rental car quickly (not easy in these times) .
